• We sell storage containers and railroad cross ties. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

• Quotes are valid only for the time period stated.
• Orders are not final until confirmed and payment has been received.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.

• Payment is due at the time of purchase or delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, ACH, and credit card. Some payments require an additional fee.
• Late or declined payments may result in delays, cancellation, or additional fees.

• Delivery schedules are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
• Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible delivery / unloading locations.
• Once delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

• All products are sold “as is” unless otherwise specified in writing.
• We make no guarantees beyond those required by law.
• Customers are responsible for proper use, handling, and installation of products.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product or service.

• All sales are final.
